17. האחראי לסדר
מפקד המיתקן שבו יימצא מקום קלפי לאסירים (בפרק זה – מקום קלפי), או מי מטעמו, בתיאום עם יושב ראש ועדת הקלפי, יהיה אחראי להסדרת הכניסה של הבוחרים למקום הקלפי לשם הצבעה, והוא יתיר לכל בוחר הרשאי לבחור בקלפי לאסירים שיבקש להיכנס למקום הקלפי לשם הצבעה לעשות כן.
