18. מיקום הקלפי
מפקד המיתקן יקבע את מיקומו של הקלפי במיתקן, באופן שיאפשר לוועדת הקלפי לקיים את תפקידה, ויאפשר קיומן של הבחירות במקום לפי חוק הבחירות, וזאת בתיאום עם המפקח הארצי או מי מטעמו.
