6. תשובת המשיב
תיקון: תשמ״ב
(א)תשובת המשיב תוגש תוך עשרים ימים מהיום שבו הומצאה לו הבקשה.
(ב)לתשובה יצורפו העתק של מסמך ושל כל ראיה אחרת שהמשיב מסתמך עליהם.
(ג)תשובת המשיב אינה טעונה תמיכה בתצהיר.
(ד)לא הגיש המשיב תשובה כאמור – לא יורשה להתנגד לבקשה.
