7. כתב תשובה של המבקש
תיקון: תשמ״ב
(א)המבקש רשאי תוך שבעה ימים מיום שהומצאה לו תשובת המשיב, להשיב עליה בתצהיר.
(ב)בכתב התשובה לא יעלה המבקש נימוק חדש לבקשה או טענה שבעובדה שאינה מתיישבת עם טענותיו הקודמות.
