2. שיקים שייגרעו מהמנין
ממנין השיקים לענין סעיף 2(א) לחוק ייגרע שיק אם הוכח לבנק כי ביום שבו השיק סורב, או תוך שלושים הימים שלפני כן, היה בעל החשבון מגוייס, או לא עברו חמישה עשר ימים מהיום שבעל החשבון חדל להיות מגוייס.
