3. דין נופלים, שבויים ונעדרים
(א)במנין השיקים לענין סעיף 2(א) לחוק ייגרע שיק שהאדם שחתם עליו כמושך, נפטר בהיותו מגוייס.
(ב)במנין השיקים לענין סעיף 2(א) לחוק ייגרע שיק אם ביום שבו השיק סורב או תוך שלושים הימים שלפני כן, האדם שחתם עליו כמושך נפל בשבי האוייב או נעדר, בהיותו מגוייס, או אם ביום שבו השיק סורב לא עברו תשעים ימים מהיום שבו הוא חזר מן השבי או חדל להיות נעדר; לענין זה, ”נעדר“ – מי שהשליש הראשי של צה״ל אישר לגביו שהוא נעדר.
