23. אחריותם של מנהלים ופקידים
תיקון: תשכ״ב
חברה, אגודה שיתופית וכל חבר בני־אדם אחר שעברו עבירה לפי חוק זה, יאשם בה גם כל אדם אשר בשעת ביצוע העבירה היה מנהל פעיל, שותף, מנהל חשבונות או פקיד אחראי אחר של אותו חבר, אם לא הוכיח שהעבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו או שנקט בכל האמצעים הנאותים כדי להבטיח קיום הוראות חוק זה.
