24. חובת ההוכחה
תיקון: תשי״ח, תשי״ח־3, תשכ״ב, תשל״ו
(א)הטוען ששילם את המס או שהגיש דו״ח, עליו הראיה.
(ב)נמסרו טובין טעוני מס, רואים אותם כאילו נמכרו עד שיוכח ההיפך.
(ג)אדם שייבא, מסר או החזיק טובין לצרכי מסחר – עליו הראיה כי המס עליהם שולם.
