Section 5 of תקנות לפיקוח על איכות המזון ולתזונה נכונה במוסדות חינוך, התשע״ט–2018, יידוע התלמידים וההורים.
5. יידוע התלמידים וההורים
(א)מנהל מוסד חינוך יציג את פירוט המזונות המוצעים למכירה במוסד החינוך, במקום בולט לעין ונגיש לתלמידים ולהוריהם, בתוך 21 ימים מיום קבלת ההודעה הפרטנית כאמור בתקנה 4(א).
(ב)מזכירות מוסד החינוך תספק עותקים של הפירוט כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) לפי דרישת תלמיד או הוריו.
(ג)מנהל מוסד החינוך יפרסם את הפירוט כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) באתר האינטרנט של מוסד החינוך, אם קיים אתר אינטרנט למוסד החינוך.
