4. פרסום המזון הנמכר בתחום מוסד החינוך
(א)בכל שנה ולא יאוחר מ־1 בספטמבר על מוכר מזון במוסד חינוך להודיע בהודעה פרטנית בכתב למנהל מוסד החינוך ולגורם עמו התקשר בהסכם למכירת מזון, מהם המזונות שבכוונתו למכור במוסד החינוך.
(ב)תקנת משנה (א) אינה גורעת מהחובה לסימון מזון, לפי חוק הגנה על בריאות הציבור.
