2. רשויות מוסמכות
(א)הממשלה רשאית למנות רשויות מוסמכות לצורך חוק זה.
(ב)מינוי על פי סעיף זה יכול להיות כללי או מסוייג.
(ג)הודעה על מינוי של רשות מוסמכת תפורסם ברשומות, ותוקף המינוי מיום פרסום ההודעה.
