12. מס רכוש ותשלומי שכר
כל עוד צו לשימוש ארעי עומד בעינו לגבי מגרש, תהא הרשות חייבת במס הרכוש המוטל על המגרש, ולא תחייב הרשות את בעל המגרש בתשלומי חובה לרשות בשל המגרש והיא תיחשב כמחזיקה במגרש לענין כל דין המטיל חובה או אחריות על מחזיק.
