13. תוכן של צו לשימוש ארעי
בצו לשימוש ארעי יפורטו:
(1)המקרקעין שעליהם הוא חל;
(2)העובדה שהמגרש הוא מגרש ריק ודרוש לציבור באופן ארעי כל עוד הוא ריק וכי מתן הצו אינו פוגע בזכויות הקנין של בעל המגרש;
(3)תוכן פרק ד׳.
