18. כניסה לתוקף
צו לשימוש ארעי יכנס לתוקף עם תום תקופת הערר כאמור בסעיף 9, ואם הוגש ערר עליו, בתום חמישה עשר ימים מיום שהצו אושר בידי בית המשפט וכפי שאושר.
