2. צו גינון
סבורה הרשות כי מגרש ריק שבתחומה המאוכלס, דרוש לציבור כל עוד הוא ריק, רשאית היא לצוות כי על אותו מגרש יינקטו פעולות לגינון זמני של המגרש, הכל כפי שתפרט בצו (להלן – צו גינון).
