21. החלטת הועדה
(א)הועדה תשמע לפני מתן החלטתה את חוות דעתו של מבקר המדינה לגבי המקרה שלפניה.
(ב)החלטת הועדה תהיה סופית.
(ג)העתק מהחלטת הועדה ישלח למבקר המדינה.
(ד)אין בהחלטת הועדה כדי לגרוע מסמכות מבקר המדינה לפי חוק מבקר המדינה, ולפי כל חיקוק אחר.
