22. ביטול היתר
(א)ראה מבקר המדינה שהנסיבות שבהן ניתן היתר השתנו באופן בולט, יביא את הדבר לידיעת הועדה.
(ב)קיבלה הועדה הודעה כאמור רשאית היא, אם לדעתה שינוי הנסיבות מצדיק זאת, לבטל או לשנות את ההיתר שנתנה והיא תודיע על החלטתה למבקר המדינה ולשר הנוגע בדבר.
