1. הגדרות
לענין חוק זה –
”הטבת נזק“ – הוצאות שהוצאו או שירות שניתן כדי לתקן נזק גוף, למנוע מניזוק החמרתו של נזק או נזק נוסף או להקל מסבלו, לרבות תמיכה שניתנה לניזוק למחייתו ולמחיית בני ביתו שנצטרך לה עקב הנזק, וכן, אם מת הניזוק, תמיכה כאמור שניתנה לאדם הזכאי לפיצוי בשל כך מאת המזיק;
”נזק גוף“ – לרבות מחלה, ליקוי גופני או שכלי, ומוות.
