פיטר מעסיק עובד בניגוד להוראות סעיף 2, או גרם מעסיק בפועל לפיטוריו של עובד של קבלן כוח אדם בניגוד להוראות סעיף קטן (ד) של הסעיף האמור, דינו – קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(2) לחוק העונשין.
