82. הפרה ביודעין
המפר ביודעין זכות מטפחים שנרשמה לפי חוק זה, דינו מאסר שנה או קנס 25,000 לירות; ואם כבר נתחייב פעם על עבירה לפי סעיף זה, דינו – מאסר שנתיים או קנס 30,000 לירות.
