83. מעשה בזן לפני רישומו
העושה ביודעין מעשה בזן, בתקופה שבין הפרסום לפי סעיף 22 לבין רישום זכות המטפחים, ובאותו מעשה היה משום הפרת זכות מטפחים אילו היה הזן רשום אותה שעה, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים או קנס 15,000 לירות; ואם כבר נתחייב פעם על עבירה לפי סעיף זה, דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס 15,000 לירות.
