94. ייצוג מיוחד
(א)שר המשפטים ושר החקלאות רשאים לתת היתר לייצג אדם לענין כל הליך לפי חוק זה, למעט הליך בפני בית המשפט.
(ב)שר המשפטים ושר החקלאות יקבעו, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, את תנאי הכשירות של בעל היתר לפי סעיף זה.
(ג)אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי לגרוע מזכות הייצוג המוענקת לעורך דין לפי חוק לשכת עורכי הדין, תשכ״א–1961.
