3. ועדה להכרה במנטרלים
תיקון: תשס״ז
השר ימנה ועדה של חמישה חברים לקביעת הכרה במנטרלים והם –
(1)שופט בדימוס או מי שכשיר להיות שופט בבית משפט מחוזי, והוא יהיה היושב ראש;
(2)נציג משרד ראש הממשלה;
(3)נציג משרד החוץ;
(4)נציג המשרד לקליטת העליה;
(5)מנטרל, שייבחר על ידי הארגון היציג.
