4. תפקידי הועדה
הועדה תבצע ותרכז את כל הפעולות הנדרשות לביצוע תפקידים אלה:
(1)לקבוע אם במבקש התקיימו התנאים המפורטים בסעיף 2 להכרה בו כמנטרל ולהודיע לו על החלטתה;
(2)להעניק תעודת מנטרל למי שהוכר על ידה;
(3)לערוך רישום של בעלי תעודת מנטרל.
