8. שמירת דינים ושימוש מותר במצלמות
(א)אין בהוראות חוק זה כדי לגרוע מחובת דיווח לפי סעיף 368ד לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
(ב)אין בהוראות חוק זה כדי למנוע צילום במעון יום לפעוטות ושימוש בצילומים –
(1)למטרות שונות לרבות חינוך והדרכה, ובלבד שלא ייעשה שימוש במצלמות שמותקנות במעון;
(2)בשעות שבהן פעוטות אינם שוהים במעון.
