9. עונשין
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)אדם המעתיק צילומים, מעביר אותם או מידע אחר המאפשר צפייה בהם לאחר או עושה בהם או במידע שהתגלה לו מהם שימוש, מפרסם אותם או מאפשר לאחר לצפות בהם, בניגוד להוראות סעיף 7, דינו – מאסר שישה חודשים.
(ב)הגורם, לרבות ברשלנות, בפעולה או במחדל, לכך שצילומים לפי חוק זה לא יישמרו בהתאם להוראות חוק זה, דינו – מאסר שישה חודשים.
