9א. עוולה אזרחית
תיקון: תשפ״ה
אלה מהווים עוולה לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, והוראות פקודת הנזיקין [נוסח חדש], יחולו עליהם:
(1)מתן אפשרות למי שאין לו הרשאה לצפות בצילומים לפי חוק זה או שימוש במידע שהתגלה מהם בניגוד להוראות חוק זה;
(2)מתן אפשרות, על ידי מפעיל מעון יום לפעוטות, לצפייה בזמן אמת שלא בהתאם להוראות חוק זה.
