39א. חובת מתן הרשאת גישה לחשבון
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)חלה על מנהל חשבון תשלום למשלם חובת מתן גישה לחשבון התשלום למשלם לפי סעיף 35 לחוק הסדרת העיסוק בשירותי תשלום, יאפשר מנהל החשבון כאמור למשלם לתת הרשאת גישה לחשבון שלו.
(ב)מנהל חשבון תשלום למשלם יאפשר למשלם לתת הרשאת גישה לחשבון כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) באופן פשוט ונוח, ובלי להפעיל השפעה בלתי הוגנת על המשלם.
