39ב. מתן הרשאת גישה לחשבון
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)מנהל חשבון תשלום למשלם יאפשר למשלם המבקש לתת הרשאת גישה לחשבון לבחור את חשבונות התשלום שלגביהם תינתן הגישה, את תקופת ההרשאה אם המשלם בחר להגבילה, וכן אם להגביל את תקרת סכום החיוב בהוראות תשלום הניתנות מכוח ההרשאה.
(ב)נותן שירות ייזום מתקדם יאפשר למשלם, בחוזה שירותי תשלום, לבחור את הפרטים האמורים בסעיף קטן (א).
(ג)מנהל חשבון תשלום למשלם יזהה משלם המבקש לתת הרשאת גישה לחשבון באמצעות פרט אימות מוגבר.
