9. תפקידי המועצה
ואלה תפקידי המועצה:
(1)לייעץ לממשלה בכל הקשור בביצוע סעיף 4 לחוק־יסוד: ירושלים בירת ישראל, ולייעץ לשרים בכל הקשור בביצוע חוק זה;
(2)לאשר את תקציב הרשות;
(3)לפקח על ביצוע תפקידי הרשות.
