32יג. הודעה על קבלת התחייבות
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)החליט הממונה לפי הוראות סעיף 32יב לקבל התחייבות, ימסור על כך הודעה, בתוך חמישה ימים מיום קבלת ההחלטה, לצד מיודע ולרשות מוסמכת במדינה שהיא צד להליך החקירה.
(ב)התקבלה התחייבות לפי הוראות סעיף זה, והופקדה ערובה זמנית לפי הוראות סעיף 29, יודיע על כך הממונה למנהל והערובה תוחזר בצירוף הפרשי הצמדה וריבית כהגדרתם בסעיף 93 לחוק מס ערך מוסף, התשל״ו–1976.
