8. הוראת מעבר
תיקון: תשמ״א
תוך תשעה חדשים מהיום הקובע ניתן להגיש בקשה למרכז כמשמעותו בחוק העידוד –
(1)לאשר כבנין להשכרה בנין שכבר הוחל בבנייתו או אף תמה בנייתו, ובלבד שטרם נעשה שימוש בדירות שיועדו להשכרה;
(2)לקבוע כי הוראות חוק זה יחולו גם על נכס שאושר כבנין להשכרה לפני היום הקובע, וזאת גם אם הוחל כבר בבנייתו או שבנייתו תמה, ובלבד שטרם נעשה שימוש בדירות שיועדו להשכרה.
