7. תחולה
תיקון: תשמ״ה, תש״ן
(א)תחולתו של סעיף 2(א) היא לגבי ארבע שנות מס החל בשנת המס 1980 ותחולתו, כפי שתוקן בחוק מס הכנסה (עידוד להשכרת דירות) (הוראת שעה ותיקוני חוק) (תיקון מס׳ 3), התשמ״ה–1985, לגבי חמש שנות מס נוספות החל משנת המס 1984, ותחולתו של סעיף 2(ב) החל בשנת המס 1980.
(ב)תחולתו של סעיף 5 משנת המס 1980.
