5. ועדות מייעצות
(א)שר האוצר יקים ועדות מייעצות, לבירור הזכויות שיש לתובע בנכס שבעדו הוא דורש פיצויים או בדבר שיעורם של הפיצויים וכן לענין קביעת השווי השנתי של נכס כאמור בתוספת; יושב ראש הועדה יהיה שופט בית משפט שלום או מי שכשיר להיות שופט בית משפט שלום.
(ב)לועדה מייעצת יהיו סמכויות של ועדת חקירה לפי סעיפים 7 עד 11 לחוק ועדות חקירה, תשכ״ט–1968.
(ג)הודעה על מינוי ועדה מייעצת תפורסם ברשומות.
