6. שיעור הפיצויים לבעל הנכס
תיקון: תשמ״ב
(א)חישוב הפיצויים לתובע שהיה בעל הנכס יהיה לפי האמור בתוספת.
(ב)שר האוצר ושר המשפטים רשאים לקבוע בתקנות הוראות משלימות לענין חישוב הפיצויים.
