15. איחור בהגשת רשימות מועמדים
מיד לאחר תום השעה האחרונה שביום האחרון של המועד להגשת הרשימות, כפי שנקבעו בהודעה האמורה בתקנה 13, ייסגרו דלתות הבנין שבו מקבלים רשימות המועמדים; לא תתקבל רשימת מועמדים לאחר עבור המועד לקבלתן אלא מידי באי כוח רשימות מועמדים אשר כבר נמצאו בבנין לפני סגירת הדלתות.
