25. העברת מזכירים
מזכיר יתמנה לועדת קלפי פלונית; ואולם רשאים יושב ראש הועדה המרכזית או יושב ראש ועדה אזורית להעביר מזכיר ממקום קלפי אחד למקום קלפי אחר באותו אזור הבחירות, אם יראו בכך צורך.
