26. כנסי מזכירים
יושב־ראש הועדה המרכזית או מי שהסמיך לכך רשאי להזמין כל אדם אשר שמו נמצא ברשימה השמית האמורה בתקנה 22 או אשר נתמנה מזכיר לועדת קלפי, להשתתף בכנסים, ימי עיון או פגישות הדרכה, ורשאי הוא לקבוע סדרי ההסעה ותשלומי שכר בגין השתתפות כאמור.
