עובדי צבא ההגנה לישראל שמועסקים ביום הבחירות באזורי קלפי מסוימים שנמצאים בשטחים המוחזקים על ידי צבא ההגנה לישראל, רשאים להצביע בקלפיות לחיילים המוצבות באותם אזורים.
