3. הצבעת המוחזקים במשמורת הצבא
מי שביום הבחירות נמצא כדין במשמורת של צבא ההגנה לישראל, והוא אינו חייל, יהיה רשאי להצביע בקלפיות מיוחדות לחיילים כאמור בסעיף 90 לחוק.
