14. רשימה מנועה
(א)קבע יושב ראש ועדת הבחירות המרכזית שרשימת מועמדים לא תשתתף בבחירות מפאת היותה רשימה מנועה כמשמעותה בסעיף 39ב(א) לחוק הבחירות, יפסיק בעל זיכיון את שידורי התעמולה שלה לאלתר ולא יחדשם.
(ב)יושב ראש ועדת הבחירות המרכזית יודיע למנהל הרשות על היותה של רשימת מועמדים רשימה מנועה.
