15. רשימה שלא אושרה
(א)רשימת מועמדים שנתקבלה לגביה החלטה סופית בדבר אי אישורה, בין בידי פקיד הבחירות ובין מתוקף פסק דין של בית המשפט המחוזי, כאמור בסעיף 42 לחוק הבחירות, יפסיק בעל זיכיון את שידור התעמולה שלה לאלתר.
(ב)המפקח הארצי על הבחירות יודיע למנהל הרשות על רשימה שלא אושרה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
