40ג. עדות בכתב
תיקון: תשס״ג
עדות בכתב תהא קבילה כראיה בהליכים שמתנהלים בבית הדין, אם מתן העדות הוכח על ידי העדתו בעל פה בבית הדין של נותנה ושניתנה הזדמנות לחקרו חקירה נגדית, ואולם עדות בכתב תהא קבילה בלא העדה כאמור, אם בעלי הדין הסכימו לכך.
