4. המצאת העתק לנציב ולממונה
הוגש כתב תלונה על ידי מי שהשר הממונה על העובד מינה לכך לפי סעיף 22 לחוק, יומצא העתק ממנו גם לנציב השירות; הוגש כתב תלונה על ידי נציב השירות, יומצא העתק ממנו גם למי שנתמנה על ידי השר כאמור.
