7. מישכון להבטחת חיובו של אחר
מושכן נכס של אדם כערובה לחיובו של אחר, יצוין הדבר בהודעת המישכון, ובעל הנכס יירשם במאגר כאילו היה הוא עצמו חייב, וזאת בנוסף לחייב הרשום בהודעה.
