8. רישום משכונות
תיקון: תשנ״ט
(א)קיבל הרשם הודעה כאמור בתקנה 4(ב) –
(1)יציין על טופס ההודעה או בדרך אחרת את תאריך קבלת ההודעה;
(2)ירשום את פרטי ההודעה במאגר.
(ב)מבקש ימלא בטופס המתאים לפי הענין, לרבות בנספח המתאים, שבתוספת הראשונה, את הנתונים הנדרשים לביצוע הפעולה המבוקשת; לא מולאו כל הנתונים כאמור, יחזיר הרשם את הטופס בהקדם האפשרי למבקש, לפי מענו שצוין בהודעה, ויציין את סיבת ההחזרה.
