25. שמירת דינים
עדכון תעריפי המים לפי סעיף 112א לחוק המים, התשי״ט–1959, ועדכון היטלי הפקה לפי הוראות סעיף 116(ג) ייעשה לפי התעריפים הנקובים בסעיפים 21 עד 23, לפי הענין, וזאת כל עוד התעריפים האמורים לא שונו לפי סעיפים 112(א) או 116(א), (ב) ו־(ד) לחוק המים.
