33. תחולה והוראות מעבר
הוראות סעיפים 2(א), 6ג(א) ו־6ד(ב) לחוק הלוואות לדיור, התשנ״ב–1992, כנוסחם לפי סעיף 32 לחוק זה, יחולו על מחוסר דיור שחתם על חוזה לרכישת דירה או הגיש בקשה להלוואה למטרה של בניית דירה, לפי הענין, ביום תחילתו של חוק זה ואילך; שר הבינוי והשיכון יקבע תנאים לזכאות לתשלום ההלוואות למי שהוראת סעיף זה חלה עליו.
