16. ביצוע
(א)שר האוצר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה.
(ב)שר האוצר רשאי להעביר לאדם אחר סמכות מסמכויותיו לפי חוק זה, פרט לסמכות להתקין תקנות; הודעה על העברה כזאת תפורסם ברשומות.
