17. תקנות
שר האוצר רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצוע חוק זה, ובכלל זה תקנות בדבר –
(1)תנאי משכנתה בה מובטח מילווה שניתנת לו ערבות לפי חוק זה;
(2)דרכי הגשת בקשה למתן ערבות, מועדה ונוסחה;
(3)הפעולות של שמאי מוסמך לצורך חוק זה;
(4)דרכי ניהול חשבונות הקשורים במתן ערבות.
